• VIII. Vestibulocochlear nerve :- Hearing and balance.
• IX. Vagus nerve :- Gag reflex, test ⅓, 👅 tongue.
• X. Glossopharyngeal nerve :- Swallowing + speech + voice+ gag reflex .
• XI. Accessory nerve :- Trapezius muscle, stemocleidomastoid.
